Lea and Pioneer did a great job on helping me with my water damage. They came out the same day I had damage and quickly started mitigation efforts. They came over several times to check on the progress and were always helpful and friendly. Lea responded promptly to my text/calls. I contacted three different companies for a smoke remediation project due to a kitchen fire. Pioneer Water Damage Restoration impressed me the most with their responsiveness. Specifically, Adelina (project manager) met with me and we covered the scope of the project, how the insurance would cover, etc. After we accepted the bid, the amazing cleaning crew worked daily and cleaned the entire home and contents in under a week. We are very appreciative of the work!

Pioneer Water Damage Restoration did a great job remediating leak/mold. The toilet upstairs had an internal leak that started showing up on the downstairs ceiling. a professional, the project manager, came for estimation and explained things very well. I wanted this to be a one-contractor job, so the professional extended the contract to include ceiling painting and a toilet seat ring fix.
