Matheney VW is amazing! I have a 2006 VW Beetle Convertible. My battery was dead. I called and they got me into the service department within the hour. Andy and James were so friendly! James, the VW mechanic, was super knowledgeable with several years of experience working on VW. I will definitely return!
2024 vw Jetta with 20k miles on it. I guess the mechanic was too smart to have to look at the dipstick because I have a half gallon too much oil in my car. They weren’t busy. I was the only person there and he spent a hour and a half to figure out how to put oil in my car. Looked like he came into work still drunk. Anyway, it threw a bunch of codes on my drive home. I plan on spending today talking to lawyers about how I can get them to pay for my blown up engine. DONT EVEN BRING YOUR CAR HERE IF THEY PAY YOU!
Had a referral to Matheny by my boyfriends mom, she's bought many cars from here for the family and I now see why. Working with Damon and his team was a fun and easy experience, fairly quick too. The lot has a great inventory and the prices are fair as well, 10/10
09/2024 Bought new VW Atlas.. first car in 18yrs. ( have 06 suzuki gv great suv I bought from them in 06. ) Heather and Tim are just terrific. Listened to what I wanted ,test drove ,and landed on car I like. Matheny has been great to work with and has taken care of my cars needs. Thanks for great 18 yrs and looking forward to another. Staff and mechanics are very friendly, knowledgeable.
Can not tell you how extremely happy I am with this service department. Not only did they keep us informed of what was going on, they also made us feel like a priority. Thank you for everything!!
