Called and you no longer deal vw parts so change your website so people don't have to waste their time and be on hold for 15 minutes like I just was.
Bad experience. The sales guy was nice but never once checked in to see how the car was after it was delivered and fell off the face of the earth. The communication was bad and the sales manager and finance manger couldn’t get on the same page. Asked them to touch up the car from rock chips and they couldn’t even be bothered to paint match it looked like they used whiteout. Delivery driver smoked in my car on the way up and it arrived dirty and covered in road grime ever heard of a car wash? Overall less than average experie... read more
