the best time of our weekend. The tour guides were very knowledgeable and made the adventure even more magical.
Historical. Authentic. Peaceful. Like walking through a time warp.
It was a great experience - so fun to see all the glowing jack o' lanterns, and the spooky stories were wonderfully told! I would love to go back for a daytime event, but this was a great first experience!
Such a special place and so full of history. A hidden treasure in Salem. Pioneer Village has so much potential for seasonal events all year.
Always an amazing time! One of the more unique attractions in Salem.
I LOVE Pioneer village. It is fun to feel like i get to step back in time. I hope to visit again soon.
Our guides were very informative and described everything in full detail.
I had a wonderful time. The interpreter, I believe his name was Harlan, was extremely knowledgeable about the era.
Found the pioneer village on our first visit to Salem in 2015 for Halloween, but due to us tourists they have to close it for the busy times. Climbed a tree to see over the fence. Our 2nd visit in 2016, was amazed and happy the gates were open, we were allowed in. Every house and fence etc is unchanged from Hocus Pocus, nice to see not just a film set.
