It is a nice place to live but the rent absolutely ridiculous. When I first moved in, my rent was $795 per month. I could afford that. But then the HUD decide to increase rent to $830. Now, the rent dropped to $825. The problem I have is that I get paid every second week and my paycheck is not enough to cover the rent. It is absolutely 100% ridiculous.
