wonderful group of doctors. I have never had a problem.
I have never had a problem on a weekend. They are great. We love it there.
Recently our daughter was sick. We wanted to be seen by a Pediatrician on a Sunday. Pioneer Valley Pediatrics stated that they see sick kids on Sunday, however when we arrived we were turned away because we didnt have an appointment. The strange thing was that there were no paitients in the office at that time but there were 2 receptionists. We would have been happy to wait to be seen - or even accepted and appointment but none was offered at that time. We left frustrated and upset.
I have never had a group of "doctors" that could not help a child. If your child comes with instructions this is the place for you. otherwise skip this plaace and go somewhere else, even petco.
