This review is late - years late, but that is what makes it even more relevant. My pool has been trouble-free since the first day. Today, something came up I couldn't figure out and took a chance and emailed PVF -on a Sunday afternoon. Not only did I get an email back from the owner, Clancy, he also helped me troubleshoot and resolve the issue—all that service, after a 5 year purchase.
