I have to give the biggest 5 Star rating to Pioneer Valley Pools. I am new to Connecticut and was having trouble with my pool lights. The electrician said the previous owners used too high of a voltage without a transformer and blew out the lights. This was confirmed. Would not recommend this pool company to anyone. The pool cracked within a few months of buying it. I repeatedly called and emailed the company and corporate which they are required to do under the warranty. It’s now been over a year and they still haven’t sent anyone to repair it. And now they’re not returning my calls and emails. Terrible product. Terrible service.
RecommendedIf you are looking at having a pool installed and maintained , these are your people. After a lot of research for a great company and product, we found Pioneer Valley Fiberglass Pools and Spas. 7 years later, we have been wowed by Clancy and his employees over and over again. Clancy and his team put in my pool last summer. They came when the said, they handled unforeseen site issues, they are always reachable, and they did it all on budget! I would highly recommend giving them a call for your pool. Two enthusiastic thumbs up!
Let's start first with the intial phone call. Julie was simply amazing from the beginning till the pool was in the ground. Clancy and his install team were completely accommodating and professional. Everyone involved made an intimidating process easy peasy. Can't wait till we get to use the pool this summer!!!🏊♂️🤘
Great Company. If your are thinking of an inground, you have to go with fiberglass & Clancy! Easy maintenance. They will answer all your questions. You will feel confident about your choice when you meet these guys!
Dealing with Clancy and his team of professionals was everything I hoped for and more. They do what they promise, when they promise it, and the work product is superior. We continue to have them service our pool post installation for opening and closing and hope to do business for the life of our investment. Pools are a great amenity if you have the right team behind it. Pioneer is the place to get the best in sales and service. Unconditionally recommended.
I used to run a large commercial pool and spa. I spoke to the owner here a while ago about getting one of these for my house. He was a very friendly, knowledgeable and honest guy. With no frame to rust/corrode, liner to replace, concrete to crack, fiberglass pools are the way to go! They have some pretty awesome designs too to fit everyone's needs. I really hope I can afford one in the near future because I would absolutely love to have one in my backyard!
Great company ! ! love my pool ! ! ! These guys were the best ! Mike always calls back right away,, Zack and Jake such hard workers !! They all were so very dependable and knowledgeable. Friendly !!!
