I am very pleased with the courtesy from Laura and the fast response to come out to seal my nails on the roof in order to keep my closing date on my house. Rapid responses all the way around and when they answer the phone they call you by your name as if your apart of the family. The gentlemen came earlier than the expected time that was scheduled. I knew I needed to get some repairs done on my roof and when they came out to do a gutter cleaning. Abraham took a look at it to give me a quote, he was able to explain to me what issues needed attention asap and what could wait. I wasn’t pressured into getting unnecessary repairs for them to make an extra buck. He runs an honest business and gives reasonable pricing! He and his team work quick and efficiently. I’ll definitely use them again for any future repairs!
Outstanding customer service and immediate repair! Shingles were blown off due to high winds. Laura was very courteous and responsive immediately sending out someone on the same day. Abraham and the team assessed the damage and fixed the roof, emailing the completed work photos while I was able to go to work and leave my problem in their hands. I highly recommend and am very satisfied.
