We waited weeks for replacement parts to be installed. When he showed up at the last min, I asked him to mask up. He claimed he didnt bring one, (5/2021) he has asthma. Meanwhile he wreaked of cigarettes. Replaced 2 controls, finished in 30 min. The WORST possible service. We will never buy from Pioneer again.
