Terrific caring company - always willing to go beyond!
Stop sending confidential statements to the wrong people.
Charged a $30 fee, plus a $10 processing fee to close a loan that I paid off but accrued interest for today because I didn't pay a closing fee. The person I spoke with said it was their standard fee. Standard or not, this fee was never disclosed vocally or in print. Awesome.
Ethically irresponsible, terrible to their best employees, and management is just a bunch of greedy old white guys. They just want your money.
