Wonderful service! I have been in the business in California for over 50 years. The professionalism exhibited by Jesica at Pioneer was much appreciated. The deal was not easy, but with persistence, Jesica was able to close in a timely manner!!

Never use Pioneer Title of Kingman. They are unprofessional and do not do their jobs. 3 days before the close of my escrow, they informed me there had been a $28,000 insurance payout on the house I was about to buy just four months earlier. Based on the seller's failure to disclose this information in his disclosure statement I canceled the contract. They refused to return my earnest money. The office on Hualapai Mtn. Road is manned by incompetent people in my opinion. From day one it was a mess. Would not use them again.
