I've been a customer since the late 80's. The woman I've dealt with forever is now gone, so not sure if they changed hands, or just she's gone. I went in today with a tire that keeps going low. I only asked them to check it for me. I'm broke and a week from payday...next thing I know they've removed a screw and repaired the tire...but no one gave me a quote or told me what the problem was. Phenomenal service when I had a tire problem traveling in Texas a couple of months ago.
I do not recommend purchasing tires from here. We love to support local, small business in our neighborhood which is why we bought full set of tires for 2 of our cars from them in June of 2015. Spent close to $1500 for both. Unfortunately we have an issue with one set after less than 2 years (on a 90K mile tire) and they are unwilling to warranty and replace them. We were blamed for waiting too long to bring it in to them. Had we of known there was an issue we would have come in sooner. Instead we are left having to buy anot... read more
