The absolute worst. Our stuff has been there right at a year. We have checked on it multiple times and attempted to contact the owners. We have found snake skins, brown recluses, and half our stuff was ruined by mice. DO NOT USE THESE BUILDINGS YOU NEVER ONCE SPOKE TO ME OR RETURNED A PHONE CALL OR EMAIL!!! I CAN ASSURE YOU A GLUE TRAP ISN’T GOING TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM NOR WAS I EVER GIVEN THIS OPTION FROM ANYONE AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT. Stars are for Frank, the original owner. I've had my whole house in storage there since 9/22. Great....at first. Under new management, you are a # only. I paid $110 on March 1 and moved out March 4. Hard to find good affordable help in this town. I cannot locate the original lease agreement but this new management does not prorate so I'm out $100. I guess this place is under new owners/management. Previously, they had great customer service and pro-rated move in/out. Now they only pro-rate when you move in. This was my 3rd time using them and I had been a customer for around 2 years total but when I moved out on the 10th of Dec I was told I wouldn't be refunded for the other 20 days I paid for. I guess they really just need the money since they just raised their rates too. Won't be back.
