Stars are for Frank, the original owner. I've had my whole house in storage there since 9/22. Great....at first. Under new management, you are a # only. I paid $110 on March 1 and moved out March 4. Hard to find good affordable help in this town. I cannot locate the original lease agreement but this new management does not prorate so I'm out $100. We have been using this storage company for two years and have had no issues.
I guess this place is under new owners/management. Previously, they had great customer service and pro-rated move in/out. Now they only pro-rate when you move in. This was my 3rd time using them and I had been a customer for around 2 years total but when I moved out on the 10th of Dec I was told I wouldn't be refunded for the other 20 days I paid for. I guess they really just need the money since they just raised their rates too. Won't be back.
