They are shit. PUSHPA AND AMBER rented out a property that LEGALLY should’ve never been rented. The city of Buffalo confirmed this to me. Pushpa HUNG UP on me,when confronted and both her and Amber Makeike are not responding to me. Pushpa said “it’s not her problem” Amber said “i believed what I was told”…terrible. Scammers.
Unprofessional. Foreigners. Never follow through on their end. Waist of time.
Stay clear and away from these people!! They are thieves!! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE AND STAY CLEAR OF Sugath Liyanage as he is a scumbag!!! He is the biggest thief of them all!! Only gave half my deposit back from a property I rented even though I had to replace the toilet and the shower head!! These people are no good!! STAY AWAY!! THIEVES!!
If you need a real estate agent Sugath is the best! He can help you with finding your perfect house or investment property . He’s honest, professional, and very knowledgeable the best at what he does!
Met with Ms Callahan for an apt for rent she was very friendly and we look forward to working with her
