Pioneer called me again to cancel my appointment. So far my first 2 appointments have been canceled for my trigger point injections. Now they want me to wait another 12 days. These people are horrible and definitely do not care about the patient. I mean really..? My first 2 appointments canceled. Something is wrong with place. I've had no treatment yet because they keep canceling. UNBELIEVABLE
I've been diagnosed with a rare disease..."spinal epidural lipomatosis", meralgia peristhetica (right lower limb), levoscoliosis and itervertable disc degeneration by my neurologists back in April. No surgery options for my condition. I've been in horrible pain since December of 2021. Went through all the hoops that the insurance needs to do first. Do not come here. My husband went here for back pain trying to find out the cause and to get it fixed. He does not want to be on pain meds to mask the pain. He could not do his job he was in too much pain. They did x-rays and he did not hear back from Dr. instead, a nurse that should have been fired did consult. She basically did not tell him squat just that he had a slightly herniated disk and bone spurs. That surgery was not an option and not needed.
