Great experience overall — friendly staff, quick quoting, and easy communication throughout. The siding cleaning was excellent and exactly what I hoped for. I also added on window, patio, and deck cleaning, but those results were just okay — if that's one of your main needs, I'd manage expectations or ask detailed questions beforehand. For siding work specifically, I'd recommend them without hesitation.
It looks like they do great work based on their ratings however I was just cut off twice by one of their work vehicles while coming home south through the roundabouts in Sturgeon Bay. No respect for other drivers or the rules of how a roundabout works. Then, came alongside them at the next light in Sturgeon Bay and two young employees in the vehicle began laughing and pointing at me. Unbelievably disrespectful and almost caused an accident. What a great way to represent your company and business.
Another AMAZING job by Softwash!! They got paint and oil stains out of the driveway I thought were hopeless! Thank you!
Got our roof and outside of gutters cleaned and it turned out amazing! Will definitely use again in future!
