Took my kids here on December 2nd. Was informed that my 6 year old had a hole in his tooth and that a specialist would call me. Well it's about to be a whole month and I haven't received the call and plus I keep calling pioneer smiles to see what's going on but they NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE. I'VE BEEN CALLING FOR 2 WEEKS STRAIGHT AND NO ANSWER. THATS SOO UNPROFESSIONAL SERIOUSLY. EVER SINCE HE WAS SEEN BY THEM HE'S BEEN CRYING ABOUT A TOOTH ACHE THAT HE NEVER CRIED ABOUT PRIOR TO GOING. Doctor was amazing and front staff was great as well.
