My AC quit working and it was 90+ degrees out. The team at Pioneer responded very quickly and were at my house that same day. Diagnosis to next day part arrival and installation - A+. Quality work, competitive pricing, and excellent customer service. Hard to find these things in today's world.
They were able to do a same day appointment and were able to quickly ascertain and repair the issue.
I have used Pioneer many times. Everyone from the office staff to the technicians are amazing! They are all friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. No matter when I have called- whether it was the middle of winter and the heater went or when the AC went out during our recent heat wave they are always timely and efficient. This last time, I called tor AC service when it was 97 degrees outside and they were at the house within a couple of hours! Very satisfied with our service call today. The front office kept us informed about our appointment, very courteous. Our service tech Angelo was great. He also was courteous, kind, and knowledgeable about our geothermal system and humidifier. There is always peace of mind following a service call with a good report. Pioneer came highly recommended by my brother and he didn't steer us wrong.
