Very satisfied with our service call today. The front office kept us informed about our appointment, very courteous. Our service tech Angelo was great. He also was courteous, kind, and knowledgeable about our geothermal system and humidifier. There is always peace of mind following a service call with a good report. Pioneer came highly recommended by my brother and he didn't steer us wrong.

This company is absolutely fantastic. I called looking for a part, I'm not a contractor I'm just a homeowner. Colleen took the time to help me figure out the part number ( this was not an easy task for an older unit missing the part numbers) then they didn't have it in stock so she showed me where I could get it faster. Not trying to upsell or gatekeep me but just trying to help me out. If I ever have a major issue this is definitely the company I'm calling.
More than fair in pricing. Rick and his crew were great to work with. Kept the area clean when they were finished. Couldn't speak more highly of this company. We really appreciate all that you guys do.
Pioneer installed our heating and air conditioning system when we built our home in 1997. They have been our "go to" hvhc technicians ever since. The entire team, starting with Colleen in the front office, the technicians, and Rick the owner are all professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and communicate well throughout the service experience.
