I really loved the quality and safety of this storage facility. The staff is also incredibly friendly and helpful!
I had a container here for 12 years. I ran into a financial situation where I couldn't afford to make a payment. I told them to auction off the unit and I'd pay the remaining balance. The unit didn't sell and they threw all my stuff away and I still had to pay nearly $1000. I get that I missed the payments but I would've gladly taken my stuff back vs having it all taken to the dump. I paid them nearly $25,000 over the 12 years so obviously the items inside had value to me. I think it's incredibly wasteful to not at least off... read more

Since I am not the best with names, I believe Cristal and Kristie, were the front desk ladies at this Pioneer storage location (hopefully I got these correct!) Prior to needing a unit, I had unfortunately been illegally evicted from my apartment of 6 years.
