I was deeply upset Tuesday after discovering a roof leak in our bedroom. With the impending weather predicting several inches of rain, we left messages with 3 roofing companies Bill with Pioneer Roofing called mid morning and arrived at my house an hour later , he quickly assessed the problem and left to get some materials and returned quickly and fixed our Leak,He was personable , polite, greeting me at the door with a smile and his card in hand I was very pleased with his service Thank you Pioneer Roofing!
Pioneer Roofing was beyond satisfactory. Bill went above and beyond answering questions and explaning what they could do to help our roofing problems.They took care of our roof. It was the best experience we've ever had. We're no longer worried with this year's rainy season.
Pioneer assisted in correcting an improper install of my roof. They were quick to respond and preform the work. Very fair prices for the complexity of the work that they needed to preform.
We had some significant storm and tree damage to our house. Pioneer came out very quickly after being contacted and helped get a new roof on the house as quickly as possible. Working with Pioneer, and specifically Wes, was a great experience.
