Pioneer Roofing was recommended by a friend. Bill Mellinger provided a fair quote and his crew came out the following week to put on a new roof, fixed some rotted boards, and installed some shutters all in a day. Cleaned up everything afterwards and everything looks great. Highly recommend!

Bill was extremely professional from the time he showed up to talk options to the time our project was completed. We discovered when the roof replacement was underway that a previous contractor failed to install the proper underlayment and there was significant damage to our plywood. Pioneer did a great job replacing our shingles. They were very good with communication and did exactly what they said they would do. I’m a stickler for clean-up and they kept their mess contained and made sure everything was back to the way it was when they showed up. I found a couple stray nails in one of the mulch beds but other than that, they did an A+ job. They are honest and up front about how they get paid. I’d recommend them to anyone I know.
