Our 16-year old worn out shingle roof was replaced with a brand new metal roof by Pioneer Roofing II LLC in April, 2025. We are very pleased with the results. Jacob was responsive, informative, communicative throughout the entire process. His crew was courteous, efficient, clean. His final invoice equaled the initial quotation, with no surprises. In my opinion asphalt shingles are obsolete, metal roofing is best. Pioneer knows metal roofs. I do recommend. Also, they installed gutter guards - no more climbing ladders for me!
We had our roof installed by Pioneer in March of 2024. The entire process was smooth. The owner explained our options and answered all of our questions while never pressuring us to make a decision. The price was fair compared to other estimates and we felt completely comfortable with our decision. The team arrived early in the morning on the scheduled date. Hi everyone. When I went to leave my review, I noticed that there was another roofing coming called Pioneer Roofing but it does not have a 11 after it and it may be the cause of the one negative review. My husband and I could not be more grateful with Jacob and his team. They never put pressure on my husband and I to make a decision. We received several estimates before making a decision and this company was who we went with and they could not have been more kinder throughout the entire estimate and eventually final project.... read more
Pioneer Roofing did a phenomenal job with my roof replacement. They scheduled and completed their work in a timely fashion. I can’t stress the affordability of their services giving various pricing options to choose from. I can brag that our home has a new and modern look. I will use them again and highly recommend them.
We cannot be more grateful for the salesperson, Jacob at Pioneer Roofing II, and all the workers from the beginning to the end of our roof project. I cannot say enough positive about this company because there would not be enough positive words to describe their impeccable workmanship. I would highly recommend this company.
