2 years ago we hired a contractor to install a new roof. This year as we were in the process of selling the business, the buyer hired Pioneer Roofing to inspect the roof. Pioneer submitted a report saying that the whole roof needs to be changed and submitted a bid of $150,000 to do the work. So we wanted a second opinion and hired another company to look at the roof.
