Pioneer was great to work with. They provided as many samples as we needed to decide on the color and type of shingles to use. The installation crew was very professional and they did a perfect cleanup after the installation. A storm came through a few days after the roof was installed and there were no leaks.

Mr. Kenny Rogers of Pioneer Roofing came out to arrange an estimate for a new roof. He was pleasant and engaging, talking about not just a roof, but sports, grandchildren, and church. He told us he would get back with us. He never did, even after we tried to contact him several times. I guess we'll never know why. Update: To be honest, my one-star rating is not meant as a negative comment on Pioneer's work. I don't know anything about the quality of their work, since someone else did our roof.
