Clomping around on my roof while they're working on my neighbors half of the duplex making it impossible to get sleep on the one day this week I can sleep in. Thanks
More than three years ago Pioneer Roofing exchanged a flat roof on my house and a tile roof on my porch which wraps around half of my house. They removed not only the top membrane roofing but also the old tar roofing to the bare plywood. Before putting a new composite roofing on they improved drainage to ensure that no pooling of water can occur. Under ceramic tiles they put a self healing membrane.
