Ordered a rim over a week ago to make sure I got in time, because they said it takes 2 to 3 days max to get it. I found out today that they just shipped it yesterday and now I have a customer's car with no rim to install. When asking them what happened, all I got was a I don't know what goes on in the warehouse and a tracking number. No explanation why it took them a week to ship a product that they said was in stock.
