One of the best things about the complex is the natural setting and amount of foliage throughout the property. Living here is awful. After six years of living here and always paying rent on time, the landlord decides to raise your rent $75 more than the new people moving in. Our new neighbors literally yell, fight, scream, intimidate people, and let their giant dog poop everywhere and nobody cares. They will lie and cheat you out of every single penny they possibly can and don't ever need help from anyone in the office because they will make you feel like you're bothering them for doing their job. I love living here- but management makes me want to move. They hired sherwin Williams to come fix a hole in my floor (I live on 2nd story) and when they arrived, they urinated all over my toilet seat, left my door wide open with the alarm going off for 5 hours in the middle of the day with a dog home- and if that wasn’t enough- they also used my new dresser as their holding place for their tools, damaging my dresser!
