Property Managment in leasing office is good right now(in past was horrible), but beware... the Managment company for this complex is disrespectful. They do not respond to emails and ignore current tenants except on public reviews. Lots of great foliage on Property. Not a lot of amenity perks- no benches, picnic tables, grills, swings, etc. Just a small playground, gym and seasonal pool. Its okay.
I’ve had a very positive experience living at this apartment complex and would absolutely recommend it. The office staff truly stands out, they are always responsive, friendly, and genuinely kind. It’s very clear that they care deeply about their jobs, the property, and the residents who live here. I’ve actually lived at this apartment complex twice. I moved out once and ended up coming back, which I think says a lot on its own. The biggest reason I returned and continue to stay, is the staff. The office team is incredibly professional. Communication has always been clear, timely, and respectful. The staff truly goes above and beyond. We just love Felina!!!!
