Amazing people very freinds we love it here they had everything pushed threw within 2 months
On site Property Managment usually has poor communication, it changes on and off. The running Managment company for this complex is disrespectful. They do not respond to emails and ignore current tenants except on public reviews. It seems like a lot of issues at this complex comes from the upper management not on site. Lots of great foliage on Property. Not a lot of amenity perks- no benches, picnic tables, grills, swings, etc. Just a small playground, gym and seasonal pool. Its okay. We've lived here at Pioneer Ridge for over 20 years and we've always had wonderful management that are concerned for our well being. When have maintenance needs it's almost immediately. A great maintenance team as well. Our stove died and they replaced it with a new stove within a couple days. We love living here!
Living here is awful. After six years of living here and always paying rent on time, the landlord decides to raise your rent $75 more than the new people moving in. Our new neighbors literally yell, fight, scream, intimidate people, and let their giant dog poop everywhere and nobody cares. They will lie and cheat you out of every single penny they possibly can and don't ever need help from anyone in the office because they will make you feel like you're bothering them for doing their job.
