My young family member has been trying to rent from this complex for over a month and a half. They told him he was approved to take over the 3rd party on the lease but kept giving him the runaround on fully executing the lease and would not issue him a valid parking pass. They instructed him to pay for guest parking and park in a visitor's spot. The worst place ever to live!! Do not move here!!
The time I spent here was awesome. Very quiet and welcoming plus the gym is pretty cool. There is nutria around the area which was interesting to see. Pretty pricey not really a place to support yourself on your own. The church near by is very nice if that's your thing.
