The food and waitress were great. Loved the atmosphere. Had to wait a little long for the food but the waitress was fantastic. And the food ended up being worth the wait. Any time I go through There again, we will stop in every time
The new owners are doing a great job fixing up the place and the food is good as always.
P-3. It's my go to spot, and it always hits the spot! Give them a try next time your need of a quick home cooked meal.

P3 is cleaner than I've known it. No smoking at all. The Steak on Garlic sandwich and the chicken fried steak are really good. Wait staff are friendly. Food was timely. And the place was at least 80% full.
Thats where I eat! Everyday if I could! The waitstaff is great.Brady has brought the building back, without harming the tradition of the food and service that has been and still remains a North Texas tradition.
Great food and the waitress was awesome. My family has a tradition of having our birthday lunch or dinner here and have for over 30 years. Makes it better is knowing that our friend Brady owns it now,and has really made it a nicer place to enjoy our birthday celebration.
