So last month during one of the coldest days we had our unit went out in the middle of the night. The next morning my husband called and text multiple times before getting a response. The response was that they would be out in a day or two because they had so much work and a sickness in the family. Well they didn't show and my husband then had to call them back to be told call someone else I'm to busy and I'll pay up to 100.00.
