Find Another Company! We used this company after reading a couple of positive reviews. BAD CHOICE! I wish we had never taken a two-year service agreement with them. We got a bill from them and TWO days later someone in the office was calling wanting us to pay it immediately by phone! The problem wasn't even resolved but we paid the bill anyway due to their threatening attitude. Would love to get my money back on the contract.
AIr Conditioning Repair I have used this company for several years for maintenance and repair on the furnace and air conditioning units. I have seen the same tech each time and have never felt overcharged. The office staff is very easy to work with and tries to schedule appointments that work around the customers schedule. We have had a service agreement with Pioneer for regular cleaning/maintenance and service of the units and always felt satisfied pleased with their service, professionalism and attention to detail.
