Absolutely the worst management company ever. I’d choose zero stars if I could! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. Between the lack of responsibility for damages caused by building issues. Our bathroom ceiling caved in not once... but twice. Was forced to get a hotel for two weeks during the mold remediation process that was done ONLY after we bought a mold kit and threatened a lawsuit if they didn’t do mold remediation. They aren't transparent, communication is horrible, and they don't attend to the needs of the tenants. I don't have any issues with the actual building or unit, it's basically their customer service and lack of managing issues. Plus, they haven't resolved the issue of a problematic neighbor that torments everyone around her and keeps her are like a slum (picture below)
Edited review; I could sit here for an hour listing the problems I've had since I moved in. I am a returning tenant who came back to the building from out of town and was unable to view the apartment beforehand. When I drove in from out of town in the moving truck, it was like they didn't even know I was coming even though I signed the lease 2-3 weeks earlier and told them I'd be there Saturday afternoon and they said that was fine.
