We’ve been trying to get a hold of Richard several times at different instances, even resorted to having to dropping by in person but he doesn’t answer the door. [ This is for maintenance issues]. The maintenance guy also doesn’t pickup the phone and just keeps on saying he will drop by but doesn’t give a specific date. Looks like I’ll be filing a complaint with the local health department.
I got locked out of my rental on a Sunday, I had nothing with me, not even a cell phone. The main office guy came and loaned me a spare key. On a Sunday. It was only a few minutes that I waited for him.
