Kim went above and beyond. She was always there for our many questions. She is such a sweet lady. She genuinely cares about her clients, not just the sale. We would not hesitate to ask her to be our realtor if we were looking to purchase again.
I bought my house in 2021. The realtor told me the well worked and fed water throughout the 4 acres and the pond. Now that it's 2024 and I have decided to put a small orchard on the property, I find out the well does not work and has not worked for years as the lines appear to have been dug up and is on city water.
