Another below average business in an area full of them. My wife and I rented from the realty for two years. Before arrival to the apartment the neglectful property manager didn't say anything about the previous owner having pets and after we asked (because it smelled like dog and cat urine) he says the previous tenant had A dog. He did not offer to even have the carpet cleaned. The tile in the entry way was falling apart and he says we can fix it if we want to.
