They make their money off of an EXTREMELY high interest rate and ridiculously long-length of contract. If you offer to pay cash for the property, they tell you it's been sold. They prey on those who they know will eventually default, rather than simply sell property. Absolutely disgusting!
Alan screwed my family out of a home that we wanted! We met all of Seth's requirements and told Alan since he was showing Seth's properties while he was out of town that we wanted to buy Seth's property in Seminole! Alan even admitted himself that he messed up! Karl nor Seth was willing to correct this issue! I will be filing complaints with the state on Pioneer Realty and will also be filing a complaint against Alan himself! Very shady folks!
