Pioneer Real Estate Inc is a bad choice. I don't know how these people are as real estate agents but, in my opinion, as landlords they are about as low down as they get. I rented from them for 2 years and they mostly complained over how much it was costing to make repairs and a few times tried to find someway to blame it on me.
