My husband pulled in today for a quick oil change. 2 lanes were open. A woman was waiting in the one lane and no one was waiting in the 2nd so he joined the 2nd lane. The person in front of him finished their oil change and he started to pull in and the employee came out and rudely asked him to let the woman in front of him, the one waiting in the other line!
