Horrible dealership. Super shady people to deal with and now we can't even get in contact with anyone to get ahold of our warrenty information for a vehicle they leased to us.. stay away. They financed us a vehicle 2 months ago and when trying to reach out since regarding concerns they refuse to contact us back. Without a doubt, my dealing with Andy at Pioneer Preowned was the easiest and smoothest car transaction ever; and that's including both private and dealer. Incredibly efficient in sending over details and even saved me a bunch of time at the office. Knew I had to drive over 1 hour to get there, car was waiting outside ready to go for a test drive and offered the best deal without all the typical car dealer back and forth. If fair and respectable was a person, it would absolutely be Andy. Could not recommend him enough.
