Happy professional staff who are eager to please.
I paid $100 deposit for orthotics (on top of the $350 appointment and scan costs), then decided - the following day- not to proceed. Pioneer Podiatry refused to refund the $100 deposit that they charged to my credit card (but did not invoice me for). The podiatrist neglected to mention that there were generic products available that I could try (for about $50 - instead of the obscene $850 that they were going to charge me for the orthotics).
