After reading on line reviews, I assumed that "100% satisfaction guarantee" meant that, but that is not correct. I was told that if the first treatment didn't work they would return to provide follow up treatments. My initial treatment was in April which never completely eliminated the ants. They came out a second time, which didn't eliminate the ants. I called again and explained the ants were still an issue.
