Just had my annual termite inspection. Sean did great job explaining everything.
We were with Pioneer Pest for 27 years on a termite contract. I’ve called twice to schedule our annual inspection and have yet to receive a call back. I was guaranteed that Smithereen would honor the termite contract.
They are terrible !!!!!!
They have been great in past years until last year. Covid had an impact. This year they didn't even return my call and I had been using them every spring for ants.
