My storage was broken into June 2011. Lock was not cut, the metal was bent/broken around the lock. The thief had to have made lots of noise, so I would guess it happened during the day when nobody is there. Every Sunday the Little Debbie snack guys take over the place and block all the units in the main isle. Avoid this place.

May 28, 2011My storage unit was broken into without visible forced entry! It had to be someone with access and knowledge of the facility and a big truck. My Daughters keepsakes, my tools, household electronics and even furniture were taken. The thieves were selective and through which required a long time and unfettered access. There is no security! I was however, able to reach the office as it was Saturday morning when I made the discovery.
