Steve and Austin were wonderful to work with…great communication and super personable. They did great work, and we absolutely LOVE our new garage door!
Had a spring fail trapping both cars in the garage. Called Pioneer Overhead door as they came up first on my search. I'm very happy that they did. Within the hour they had the door open and I was able to get the cars out. On inspection they noticed that the two springs were miss-matched. Not having the correct ones they said they'd be back first thing in the morning. They arrived exactly when they said and after only45 minutes all was fixed. They performed a thorough service too. Thanks guys! Highly recommend.
Absolutely fabulous service from the first phone call until all was done. I HIGHLY recommend Pioneer! Called and talked to Austin about a garage door opener installation I needed, he was very responsive with information and cost, answered many questions I had and was very helpful. Steve and Austin are some amazing skilled professionals. From the very beginning of getting a quote - to the installation, we truly could not be more pleased with our AMAZING new door and BEAUTIFUL garage door opener.
