I appreciate the ease of working with this company. We've been trying to get new straps for my son's prosthetics for years. I finally called Pioneer Orthotics and Prosthetics and was so happy. They got the supplies quickly and were able to make the straps within a week after that. Friendly and professional too! I will keep their phone number.
Pioneer Orthotics is an amazingly run clinic. We took our 5 mo old baby in for a plagiocephaly treatment, and couldn’t be happier with the process and results! Darya was extremely knowledgeable and always made time to answer our questions and concerns even through messages. He walked us through the progress during the entire treatment and gave us realistic expectations which were met and surpassed.
