Purchased a used car on April 2026 from Pioneer Auto. Which it was a new experience for me. Update. I was confused on the title being a government title. I contacted Pioneer,left message on company vintage answering machine. I take full responsibility of my mistake. I should have called Brandons cell,or left and email message or called during business hours. Well I purchased a car on 420 discovered a small issue, Brendan said bring it in ASAP he will take care of it. And that's exactly what he did. I've never had such great customer service anywhere when buying a car. Pioneer is professional, the best customer service, very clean environment, great prices, great selection of cars, and most of all felt like home when I walk through the door. Everyone is so welcoming and they'll even offer you a snack. Thank you Brandon for fixing my issue. The job was completed with excellence.
Just bought a truck from Pioneer Motors and specifically worked with Brandon. My previous truck got totaled in December and I spent two months trying to find the right fit. I had the best feeling overall with Pioneer Motors, due to their helpful atmosphere and attentive attitudes. Brandon and the whole Pioneer Motors team were very helpful, answered all of my questions and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process.
