Paid for expedited option mind you (2-day turnaround; $200). Dropped them off on a Tuesday. Week goes by still not done with the parts. I get them back that next Monday to find out they masked the parts incorrectly and did not follow print nor the PO instructions that stated I needed extra primer for a wet helicoil installation. Fine, we took care of 11 out of the 22 parts by stripping the bosses they were suppose to mask. They missed an entire section that was suppose to be painted on the other 11.
