DR Hutson is a awesome doctor we have been threw a lot in the past 5 years . Dr Hutson is always there for me when I need her.
I cannot even get a hold of reception, I keep getting a pre-recorded message. and then it hangs up. I need to see my doctor, and it is not covid related. Not everything is covid related. jeez so frustrating.
I just called the office to see if the any of the Doctors at the clinic were accepting new patients. The front end staff answered the phone, I asked how they were doing and they responded "fine", I then proceeded to asked my question, she said "not they are not", to which I WAS respoding "okay, no worries, have a wonderful day" and mid sentence she hung up on me. Come on people, be nice.
Dr.Hudson is an Amazing physician, her Assistant Alyssa is very helpful. Both actually care about the patients.
The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful, even when it’s very busy and clearly overwhelming! And Dr. Trollip is a great doctor, very calm and friendly and really puts us at ease, especially as first time parents. We really like this place. Be prepared to wait about 15-30 mins past your appointment time though. Personally, it just tells me that the doctors actually care and take the time with you.
