Why am I paying to live in a gated community that never closes its gates. Why am I paying for heated pool and jacuzzi that's not actually heated when I try and use them? New management is cheap and cutting costs by not having these amenities like stated in rental agreements.

Maintenance has been great. Quick, job done completely and correctly, nice, professional looking. Just recently coming from a complex that I had to wait weeks for a dryer to be fixed, I was so happy to have it done the first day. My oven didn’t work when I moved in and they replaced it the same day with a brand new, beautiful stove. I’ve only been here a few weeks but my experience so far has been AMAZING.
