❌Do NOT move into The Trails. It was the worst apartment experience I’ve ever had. 1. The management is completely useless. Someone jumped on my car and damaged it, but they told me it was “uncontrollable” and refused to take any responsibility. I was basically told to deal with it myself. 2. The apartment was in terrible condition when I moved in. The dishwasher leaked, the faucet dripped, the garbage disposal was clogged (causing the sink to flood), the fridge was unstable and outdated (never replaced), the dryer wasn’t co... read more
Wow, where to start? Drive by, there are better places. Locked and gated. Kids getting jump. There is one entrance and you have to drive all the way around the property to get to building 1. *Give residents open access to both gates on each side, this is safer. Rent is outrageous for what is being offered! The pool been closed 1/2 the year, with constant stories and excuses. Low quality cookie cutter apartments. Move on.
I’m not allowed enough characters to give a full review. I usually prefer to just contact the office with my issues. However they do not care and it’s a different face every time. Do not rent here. Amenities have been closed MOST of my lease. Employment turnover aside from maintenance is a constant. Consistent issues with appliances. They forced everyone into phone tech key fabs, instead of our key card.. which never connects successfully. This has made me late to multiple shifts.
