We lived here for 2 years. The units are nice, and maintenance is relatively reliable. The grounds however are disgusting, there is just dog poop everywhere, it makes any of the green areas impossible to use, you can’t sit or play on the grass without being a foot away from a pile of dog poop. The rent is too expensive for what you get. They kill you with fees every month. Like $200 worth of monthly fees added to your rent, $30 just for the parking space that should come with your apartment. They can’t keep the grounds clean... read more
they were just great handling everything as a leak and it really had to be fixed and cause day off which I appreciate more than you'll ever know just did a great job and I thank you very much for that
The complex is nice and the apartments have nice upgrades. You shouldn’t have to pay for covered parking if you are a resident. That is an expense that should be included since the rent is $1,840 + a month.
Truly the worst place I've ever lived. There was recently a review from someone named Tanner; I don't have much to add as my experience echoed theirs. My partner and I were sent to collections for move out fees that we were never told about. On the fees invoice, it's dated 11-20-25. The collections company shows it was received the same day.
