The buildings are in decent shape, the pool is good as is the spa (when it's working). The issue with this place is the front office folks are not good at knowing anything. Ghosting is a common tactic to get people to pay the fees that weren't agreed-to. This is nothing but a money-grubbing operation that happened to have good buildings in place when the current operation bought it. Wow, where to start? Drive by, there are better places. Locked and gated. Kids getting jumped. There is one entrance and you have to drive all the way around the property to get to building 1. *Give residents open access to both gates on each side, this is safer. Rent is outrageous for what is being offered! The pool been closed 1/2 the year, with constant stories and excuses. Low quality cookie cutter apartments. Move on. #I don't accept your response.
❌Do NOT move into The Trails. It was the worst apartment experience I’ve ever had. 1. The management is completely useless. Someone jumped on my car and damaged it, but they told me it was “uncontrollable” and refused to take any responsibility. I was basically told to deal with it myself. 2. The apartment was in terrible condition when I moved in.
