Drivers, refuse any insulation load to this place. They are not equipped to handle dry vans, there is no dock and you will be a hand unload. Insulation is their last priority, the flatbeds, delivery trucks and customers will instantly stop all progress on you. Unloader told me it usually takes 5 hours but they hurried and did me in 3 because I had to be in Cheyenne by 1130. My load was already cancelled because they weren't done with me until 1100. The staff was excellent when we needed to return some materials. They were very helpful and hardworking even when understaffed.
