I was interested in a home for rent. Called and was told that I needed to tour the house before I can receive an application to rent. Even though out of my area currently. I drive there and toured the home. I was emailed a link to apply for the rental. Paid an application fee and submitted an application. About a day later was told this home is no longer available and has been rented. Being informed that someone else was in the process of renting the home before my inquiry would have been nice to have known.
I rented for 3 years in a very nice home that was well taken care of, I only had a couple of issues that came up over the three years where I needed some assistance to fix the house and things were taken care promptly and professionally. When it came time to move out. I gave my notice and Pioneer gave me a list of items to check on before turning in the keys. It was easy to follow and I received my deposit back.
