I ABSOLUTELY AGREE WITH ALL THE REVIEWS GIVEN. THEY CAN NOT DO WHAT THEY CLAIM AND SHOULD NEVER BE GIVEN ANY KIND OF RATING FROM BBB THAT WOULD SUGGEST THEY ARE A REPUTABLE FIRM. FOUR YEAR CONTRACT ENDED WITH OWING OVER $8,000 IN UNSETTLED DEBT. THEIR SLICK LAWYER CONTRACT LETS THEM OFF SCOTT FREE. IF THE BBB RATES THEM A+ THEN I SUGGEST NO ONE EVER USE YOUR RATINGS IN MAKING ANY DECISIONS.

They promise me debt resolution in 4 years of compliance with payments, and I did faithfully, they did NOT keep their promises and left me UNRESOLVED and when contacted, they were "oh Sorry"we could not get a settlement" after 4 years they do not deserve BBB good praises, and by reading many reviews, I am not the only one they have failed!!

My credit is still horrible after going on 5 years with pioneer law firm. Please I want my money back and deal with them on my own, this has been such a nightmare, and I would not recommend this company to no one.

I certainly agree with all of the reviews. Wish I had read them before I entered into program. Total BS! Worst customer service ever! Not going into details but this program cost more then it was worth. Grade is a Negative 5 Stars!!!!!

This company is a farce. We are approaching (actually past) our closer time and have paid 2% over what was promised. We have been trying for over 6 months to get a knowledgeable person on the line to answer questions instead of reading off of Q cards. Nobody returns our calls and when you ask for a supervisor or manager the response is always the same "they just went into a meeting and will be out in an hour and will call you back" We never get a call back. When I was disabled, I went looking for a debt consolidation loan. Pioneer Law Firm came and offered their "services" to my wife and I. Well, we are days away from finishing their program, and for our $23,000 they have helped us settle less than half of our debts, just over $11,000 while taking over $9,000 for themselves. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are terrible. They cost us more money than it was worth. Plus on top of it back in 2016 Chase sent me a cancellation of debt.. This cancellation of debt went to Pioneer Law Firm in their Colorado location. This document was never forwarded to me and now I have been audited by the IRS and have to pay back taxes plus penalty and payment processing fee. Just so extremely disappointing. This company is a BIG FAT ZERO and do not even rate 1 Star! They lied to me from the beginning to get me to sign up with them. It was like they offered a guarantee that they would get me out of debt for the money they quoted me or less. And if they did not, they would not charge me any fees. The fees would be returned. They promised me that in 4 years I would be out from under all the debt I entrusted them to settle for me. Pioneer Law Firm would be rate 0 star out of 5. You wait forever to talk to anybody. They have outrageous fees and do not really pay your debts. They wait to negotiate until creditor sent your debt to collection and lawyer start file claim against you. They just ruin your credit and collected money. My debts increased instead of decrease after being with PLF for 2 years and 8 months.
